Evony farming guide

Attacking other players for resources is very important early on in Evony. At the start of a new server it is usually much better to plunder and pillage other players than it is to go for NPC farming. Farming level 1 NPCs with warriors is a viable option if you don’t have any good player targets close to you, but you can only do this if lumber prices are low, cause you’ll loose quite a few warriors every time. Warriors

The warrior is the cheapest and fastest attack troop to build in Evony, and cause of the it is often called the suicide troop. They are extremely quick to train so it’s definitely a popular troop type to mass produce and use for suicide attacks. The warriors are often used to get rid of enemy fortifications  in a suicide attack before you send your real army in there. Often players also kill their warriors on other players to get rid of their honor points, and you also use warriors in your rainbow attacks for layering. Read the rest of this post

Troop build for offense players

Offensive Players: For those that play the game to crush enemies, like the bear, or make strategic assaults, like the hawk.

Casual Offensive Players: For those that farm npc’s once a day at most.

Don’t even bother. Seriously. Offensive armies simply require more food and resources than defensive ones. If you are a casual player, I recommend playing the game defensively. If you have little time to play, but still want to attack, then I recommend you use the casual defensive player setup listed above, and attack only very weak targets with archers.
