Evony farming guide

Attacking other players for resources is very important early on in Evony. At the start of a new server it is usually much better to plunder and pillage other players than it is to go for NPC farming. Farming level 1 NPCs with warriors is a viable option if you don’t have any good player targets close to you, but you can only do this if lumber prices are low, cause you’ll loose quite a few warriors every time.

Anyways, to farm your neighbors you need to scout them first, so getting a few hundred scouts is something you need to do early on. Apart from that I use pretty much 100% warriors to farm with. Some players like to use workers too, to carry more stuff, but they tend to die quite often since they run in to the fight together with your warriors. Don’t attack players with a lot of troops or archer towers, and make sure you will never loose more troops attacking them than what you’ll manage to steal. Both lumber and stone is important early on, so go for targets with lots of these resources.

Some players don’t spend their gold and have large gold coffers. These players are great to farm on a new server where resource prices are low, sometimes 1 piece of gold can get you as much as 10 lumber pieces. Good luck farming!
