With troops being so hard to feed in Evony these days, it is tempting to use cheats and bots to get an edge in the game. One type of these tools is the city management and farming bots. These types of bots will pretty much automate everything in Evony for you, everything from building up your city, train your troops and farm neighboring NPCs for food and resources. Using automation bots like these is cheating however, and Evony does not want tools like these to be used. You are at great risk of loosing your Evony account if you try to get ahead in the game by using bots or other forms of cheats.

Hopefully there will not be much cheating like this in Evony anymore after Evony Age II is introduced to all the servers. Evony Age II has lots of new cool features and I think it will be just awesome once all the servers are turned into Evony Age 2.

Ok well I do see the logic in saying that a “bot” is an unfair advantage… But what about the unfair advantage that people with arm loads of money have with their ability to buy speed-ups, and other needed items with money? One can’t say that “Man, if I had 30 dollars that wasn’t needed to feed my son, I would have this or that”.

I do understand that is how Evony makes it’s money, but what about the people who are hooked on the game that have no spare money? We are left in the cold with no pants!

Hell yea! If faced between the choice of bots or feeding my kids, I would go with bots as well. Your judgement is impeccable. (Your argumentation slightly less so)

Your absolutely rite. Many favtors drive people to use bots:

-When your enemy does it, soon they can handle much larger armies and they soon outnumber you. To match them, may people use bots.

-People with limited time. If you have a job or are in school or have a life you can’t spend all day on there. To match big players that have more time, sometimes it becomes neccessary.

-Players that spend hundreds of dollars weekly, they soon become bigger, more powerful, and just better. The bots can help match the odds.
